Denver Regional Director

Sample Supports is seeking a Regional Director to lead and oversee operations within a designated region. This position is responsible for developing strong teams, maintaining high-quality services, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the continued growth of Sample Supports.

What You'll Do

• Lead, supervise, and develop program managers and team members
• Build a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture
• Oversee regional operations, budgets, performance, and organizational goals
• Ensure programs remain compliant with applicable licensing and regulatory requirements
• Manage employee performance, hiring, training, and development
• Support clients in receiving high-quality, person-centered services
• Provide leadership during critical incidents and challenging situations
• Develop and improve systems and workflows to strengthen operations
• Communicate company goals and initiatives across teams
• Provide direct services or shift coverage when operationally needed

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in social or behavioral sciences required
• Master's degree in social work, business administration, psychology, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental health needs required
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to complete and maintain required certifications and training
