Part-Time Driver – CIRC

CIRC is seeking a reliable, service-oriented Part-Time Driver to support transportation services for residents of our senior housing communities. This role plays an important part in helping older adults stay connected to their community by providing safe, respectful, and dependable transportation to errands, , and social outings.

Our Van Driver

• Safely transport residents to local errands, food access locations, and community outings

• Assist residents with boarding, exiting, and using the wheelchair lift (training provided)

• Help load and unload groceries and personal items

• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for residents

• Follow all traffic laws, safety standards, and CIRC procedures

• Complete trip logs and required documentation

• Perform routine vehicle checks, report maintenance needs, and keep the van clean

• Report incidents or concerns and refer residents to appropriate CIRC staff when needed

• Occasional additional hours may be available, including weekends

What you need to succeed:

• Valid Washington State Driver’s License

• At least 2 years of van driving experience and 3 years of customer service experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and meet physical demands of the role

• Basic vehicle safety and maintenance knowledge

• Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

• Ability to pass a DOT physical
