Job Summary:
The Case Manager Supervisor is responsible for leading and supervising case management staff in the Home Study and Post-Release Services Program. This role oversees the distribution of referrals within their teams, provides supervision and support to designated Case Managers, and ensures the effective delivery of services in compliance with program requirements and organizational standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:Â Â
- Provide coaching, guidance, and supervision to Case Managers.
- Approve and submit detailed and thorough documentation in accordance with agency and ORR requirements.
- Review and approve Notice of Concerns (NOCs), per federal policy requirements.
- Ensures case file documentation is maintained in accordance with ORR requirements and conducts internal file reviews to monitor documentation compliance.
- Participate in team meetings, staff in-service training and department meetings.
- Completes and signs off on timely and accurate timesheets and other personnel/administrative records as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Is aware of Morrison Compliance Program including Compliance Officer, Compliance Standards of Conduct, and Employee Compliance Hotline. Understands Compliance Standards of Conduct and signs attestation document. Completes all assigned compliance, HIPAA, client privacy, and fraud, waste, and abuse training. Knows how to report any client privacy or fraud, waste, or abuse concerns. Â
- Demonstrate a commitment to developing a thorough knowledge and application of the Sanctuary model and other organizational policies & practices. Â
- Participate in staff development, in-services, and training related to workplace effectiveness; model professional behaviors and implement improvements to business practices with awareness of their impact in a trauma-informed behavioral healthcare organization.Â

Required Position Qualifications:
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences, human services or social services field; OR
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of progressive employment experience that demonstrate supervisory and case management experience.
- Must have experience and/or knowledge of home studies and/or post release services and writing professional, thorough assessment reports.
- Must be knowledgeable about family preservation, kinship care, and general child welfare.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English, written, read and verbal. Must clear a language proficiency test.
- Attained age 21 years or older before first day of employment in position (ORR)
We consider education, training, experience and demonstrated skills. Exceptions to the minimum qualifications require ORR’s explicit written approval prior to hire and ORR may require supervision plans and additional training.
Preferred Position Qualifications:
- Experience working with immigrant populations
- Experience writing professional, thorough assessment reports.
- ORR experience
- Knowledge of Federal, State and agency regulations.
- Knowledge of adolescent developmental issues, trauma, abuse and neglect, substance abuse and dependence, delinquency, peer influence, and related group and individual interventions.
Other Requirements:

- Able to work shift hours and days, as assigned. Position may require work outside of usual work hours on occasion.
- Occasional travel via airplane and/or car to visit sponsors and clients in their homes.
- Meet agency driving requirements.
- Complete 40 hours of required training per year.
