School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Federal Way, WA | 2026–2027 School Year | On-Site

Come work with a local, woman- and therapist-founded and run company! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time or part-time school-based positions in Federal Way, WA for the 2026–2027 school year. Whether you are a CF-SLP or a seasoned provider, we would love to hear from you.
 

Position Details:

• In-person, school-based role

• Full-time (37.5 hours/week) or part-time options available

• Positions begin ASAP through June 2027

• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy

• Develop and implement IEPs and complete documentation

• Collaborate with school special education teams
   

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Washington state SLP license (or willingness to obtain)

• Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certificate

• Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply – we provide supervision and mentorship
