What You’ll Do


As a Belt Technician, you’ll be at the center of our operations, both in the shop and in the field:

  • Fabricate, install, and repair conveyor belts and components
  • Install and vulcanize lightweight conveyor belting
  • Use tools and equipment to cut, measure, and assemble belts to exact specifications
  • Read and follow work orders and ensure accurate completion of jobs
  • Maintain inventory and organize materials in the shop
  • Pick up and deliver materials and completed orders
  • Identify and report equipment or material issues
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Follow all safety standards and wear the required PPE

Requirements

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience
  • Ability to accurately measure and verify materials
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

What to Expect

This is a physically active role where no two days are the same:

  • Lift up to 50 lbs and work in a variety of positions (standing, bending, climbing)
  • Work with tools, machinery, and sometimes at heights or in tight spaces
  • Occasional travel, overtime, or weekend work may be required

Work Environment

  • Shop-based fabrication with field work as needed
  • Fast-paced, team-oriented setting
  • Moderate noise level with strong safety practices and equipment

Schedule

  • Full-time | Monday–Friday, occasional weekend work
  • Overtime opportunities available
