Are you mechanically inclined, enjoy working with your hands, and like learning how things work? Join the manufacturing team at Domico Med-Device as a CNC Operator and learn a variety of hands-on processes used to produce high-quality medical device components.

This is more than simply operating a machine. You’ll work with CNC equipment, routers, hand and power tools, adhesives, and other manufacturing equipment while learning how to accurately prepare and process materials to meet our quality standards.

What You’ll Do

As a CNC Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating equipment and completing hands-on manufacturing processes, including:

• Operating CNC machines and routers to accurately cut and process materials
• Setting up and monitoring equipment according to established processes
• Using hand and power tools to trim, shape, and finish components
• Working in the glue booth to apply adhesives and assemble materials
• Measuring and inspecting parts to ensure they meet specifications
• Reading and following work instructions, drawings, and production requirements
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Identifying quality concerns and communicating issues to the appropriate team members
• Learning additional manufacturing processes and equipment as needed
• Working closely with team members to meet production and quality goals

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You don’t need to know everything on day one—we’re looking for someone with the right attitude who is willing to learn our processes and develop their skills.

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attendance and dependability
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Ability to learn and retain new processes and information
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Basic computer skills or ability to learn new programs
• Good time-management and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills

Preferred:

• Prior CNC or machine operation experience
• Blueprint or technical drawing experience
• Prior manufacturing, construction, machining, or laborer experience
• Experience using measuring tools
