Spectra Gutter systems is seeking a Branch Manager to join our team in St. Louis, MO. The Branch Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the branch, including sales, customer service, warehouse operations, inventory management, and team leadership. This role drives revenue growth, operational efficiency, profitability, and accountability while fostering a high-performing, customer-focused culture. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong business acumen and the ability to balance sales growth, operational execution, employee development, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced branch environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient, safe, and effective business performance..
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, achieve revenue goals, and improve branch profitability.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to attract new customers and retain existing accounts.
- Partner with sales employees and leadership to strengthen customer engagement and expand business opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by resolving concerns and building strong client relationships.
- Manage inventory control, operational processes, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and manage branch personnel.
- Establish clear performance expectations and hold employees accountable for results.
- Coach and develop employees to improve individual and team performance.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven work environment.
- Monitor branch performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with regional and corporate leadership to support company goals and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare branch performance reports and provide operational updates to leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous leadership or management experience in a branch, operations, distribution, manufacturing, or related environment preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales performance and operational results.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing employee performance, coaching, and accountability.
- Ability to analyze business performance and implement process improvements.
