The Production Administrative Assistant must enjoy customer service and be able to project an energetic attitude, warm welcome and positive image of Groundworks. This position handles workflow for customer service calls, production and service technician interaction. Support administrative needs of a busy customer service-based industry. Â
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for timekeepingÂ
- Create weekly job packsÂ
- Create and close purchase ordersÂ
- Ensure office equipment is in working order to include scheduling maintenanceÂ
- Great customer experiences and service is how we built our reputation. You will be the right fit is you believe in serving people and solving problems.Â
- Setting and confirming install datesÂ
- Mailing customer information packetsÂ
- Following up with customers on a variety of issuesÂ
- Updates customer records for accuracy
- It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.

Qualifications
- High School Degree/GEDÂ
- 1-2 years Administrative Assistant experience preferredÂ
- Previous call center or customer service preferredÂ
- Must be positive and motivated with excellent communications skillsÂ
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in work strategyÂ
- Excellent computer skillsÂ
- Great oral and verbal communicationÂ
Working Conditions
- Seeing with the ability to read reports, data, statistics and information on computer screens are required.
