  • Identifying quality concerns and communicating issues to the appropriate team members
  • Learning additional carbon fiber and manufacturing processes as needed
  • Working closely with team members to meet production, quality, and safety goals

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Carbon fiber experience is not required—we’ll train the right person who brings a strong work ethic, good attendance, and a willingness to learn.
