Job DetailsJob Location: Fenton - Fenton, MO 63026Chief Financial Officer We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to join our Executive Team. This executive‑level role carries significant responsibility for leading the organization’s financial operations, enhancing profitability, and supporting long‑term growth and operational excellence. The CFO will work in close partnership with the CEO and our Executive Team to guide financial strategy and organizational performance, while also building and overseeing a strong finance team. This position is well‑suited for a disciplined, hands‑on financial leader who brings strong strategic insight, operational precision, and a commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning Drive operating income/EBITDA improvement through margin analysis, cost controls, and efficiency initiatives Oversee accounting, reporting, payroll, cash management, and GAAP compliance Manage banking relationships, capital structure, and financial risk Evaluate acquisition opportunities, including modeling and due diligence Establish and maintain internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance Lead and develop the finance/accounting team Partner closely with CEO, GM, and VP of Operations as a member of the Executive Team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required (public accounting preferred) 10+ years progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership Strong background in financial operations, strategic planning, and performance improvement Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into action Experience with automated financial systems and advanced Excel Highly organized, collaborative, and results-driven with strong integrity Why Join Us?
