Job DetailsJob Location: Corporate Headquarters - Fenton, MO 63026Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High SchoolTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: DayJob Category: Customer ServiceE-Commerce Coordinator   Opportunity: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Coordinator build and manage Beckwood’s e-commerce platform from the ground up. This role will help drive traffic, enhance customer experience, and support revenue growth through digital channels. Currently, Beckwood does not have an established e-commerce operation. This role will be responsible for evaluating platforms, launching our first online storefront, and managing all ongoing e-commerce operations—from product setup and pricing to site maintenance and performance tracking. The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, and excited by the challenge of creating something new. Build, configure, and launch the e-commerce website, ensuring functionality, usability, and strong customer experience. Establish workflows, processes, and best practices for ongoing e-commerce operations. Product & Content Management Create and manage all product listings, including writing descriptions, uploading specifications, and organizing categories. Photograph products and parts for use on the website (or coordinate photography as needed). Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to determine accurate and competitive pricing. Maintain product data, pricing updates, and inventory-related content over time. Ongoing Site Management & Optimization Drive day-to-day website operations, including updates, promotions, and content changes. Monitor site performance and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement. Support SEO, SEM, and content initiatives to drive traffic and improve visibility. Build and test landing pages and site enhancements to improve conversion rates. Marketing & Analytics Support Assist with digital advertising efforts (Google Ads, social media, display, retargeting), ensuring campaigns align with the website and product offerings. Build and deploy email marketing campaigns, including list management, testing, and performance tracking. Track and report on key performance metrics such as traffic, conversions, and revenue using tools like Google Analytics and the e-commerce platform. Prepare monthly performance reports and dashboards with insights and recommendations. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Research Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer experience. Research competitors, market trends, and emerging e-commerce tools to continuously improve the platform. Serve as the primary point of ownership for Beckwood’s e-commerce presence post-launch. QualificationsWhat We`re Looking For: Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related roles Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar tools Basic understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and digital advertising platforms including Google Ads and social media advertising Key Skills & Attributes: Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail Creative thinking combined with a data-driven mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Curiosity and eagerness to learn new digital tools and technologies Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and identify opportunities for improvement Collaboration and teamwork across marketing, sales, and product teams Results-oriented mindset focused on driving traffic, engagement, and revenue growth   Work Environment  This position is primarily based in a professional office environment but includes occasional time in the manufacturing facility to support projects and collaborate with production teams.
