This role is responsible for managing domestic and international shipments, coordinating with carriers and internal teams, and ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery of goods. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance.   What You’ll Be Doing: Create and manage both inbound and outbound domestic and international shipments to ensure timely, cost effective and accurate delivery of goods (parcel, LTL, TL). Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork. Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers. Ensure compliance with company policies and all relevant government regulations. Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or documentation discrepancies. Communicate shipment updates regularly to internal and external stakeholders as required. Analyze transportation costs and recommend cost-effective solutions. Collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records and reports for audits, performance analysis, and continuous improvement efforts. Utilize logistics software and ERP systems to manage and track shipments.   Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree or minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of an ERP system and logistics software. Strong understanding of transportation regulations, incoterms and customs documentation. Exceptional attention to detail required. Strong problem solving and analysis skills. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
