- 2 years' experience in food service in a congregate care, industrial, or institutional capacity required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Driver's License and ability to maintain insurability throughout employment required

- Assists children who work in the kitchen, who participate in the youth work program.
- Coordinate with Food Service Director, Assistant Food Service Director, and other cooks to assist in maintaining excellent sanitary conditions in the kitchen.
- Coordinate with the Food Service Director and Assistant Director to assure that all food and other supplies are ordered with weekly menus.
- Assist in filling food and supply orders.
- Attend and help serve food and beverages at events on campus or at satellite locations.
