Commercial Cleaner / Janitorial Specialist

Clean Team is looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our growing team as Commercial Cleaners. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping client facilities sanitized, orderly, and presentable. Key Responsibilities

Sanitize & Disinfect: Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, and wiping down high-touch surfaces.
Restroom Maintenance: Thoroughly clean, restock, and sanitize all restrooms to maintain proper hygiene standards.
Waste Management: Empty waste bins, replace liners, and transport trash/recycling to designated disposal areas.
Specialized Tasks: Handle periodic deep-cleaning projects, window washing, and specialized floor care as directed.
Supply & Safety Tracking: Keep cleaning supply closets organized, monitor inventory levels, and ensure all chemical cleaning agents are handled safely according to proper protocols.
Facility Security: Secure client premises by turning off lights, locking doors, and setting alarm systems upon completing evening shifts.

Position Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Possess reliable personal transportation to and from assigned worksites.
Strong ability to work autonomously, stay focused on tasks, and manage time efficiently.
Exceptional attention to detail with a solid history of punctual attendance.
Prior commercial cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience is a bonus, but not required-we will train the right person!
