Wally’s is looking for dependable team members to join our Grounds & Maintenance Crew. This role focuses primarily on keeping the outside of our property clean, safe, and looking great for guests.

What You'll Do

Most of your time will be spent keeping the outside of the property looking great and operating smoothly.

This includes things like:

• Keeping parking lots, sidewalks, and fuel areas clean and safe
• Emptying trash and keeping outdoor areas organized
• Maintaining the fuel pump and canopy areas
• Helping with snow and ice removal in winter
• Operating equipment such as power washers, floor scrubbers, and utility vehicles
• Supporting the team with deliveries, stocking, or projects when needed
• Helping keep maintenance tools and supply areas organized

• Are comfortable using tools or equipment (we’ll train you)

Previous maintenance, janitorial, or grounds experience is helpful but not required.

What the Job Is Like

• You’ll be on your feet and moving throughout the property
• Some work happens outside in different weather conditions
• You may lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Most shifts involve walking, lifting, and general facility upkeep
