Whether you are an experienced technician looking to advance your career or an ambitious entry-level mechanic with a solid foundation in tools and basic mechanical knowledge, we encourage you to apply. We are willing to interview and train entry-level candidates who possess the right drive, basic mechanical aptitude, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance (PMs), fluid changes, brake inspections, and safety checks on fleet vehicles.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on diesel equipment and heavy vehicles.
  • Conduct engine diagnostics, oil sample testing, and component replacements as needed.
  • Maintain clean, detailed service logs and work orders for all performed repairs.
  • Operate shop tools, diagnostic equipment, and lifting devices safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and compliant work environment in accordance with OSHA and company standards.

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (No weekends required).
  • Shop Environment: Work comfortably year-round in our climate-controlled / air-conditioned shop.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Mechanical Knowledge: Basic understanding of diesel engine mechanics, electrical systems, hydraulics, and general tool usage.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and follow diagnostic flowcharts.
  • Work Ethic: Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs, stand for long periods, and maneuver in shop settings.
  • Driver’s License: Valid driver's license required (Commercial Driver’s License / CDL is a plus).

Preferred Experience

  • Experienced Applicants: 2+ years of hands-on experience performing diesel mechanics, fleet service maintenance, or heavy equipment repair.
  • Entry-Level Applicants: Successful completion of a diesel technology/vocational program OR equivalent hands-on experience in automotive/equipment repair with solid basic mechanical knowledge.
  • ASE Certifications (Diesel/Medium-Heavy Truck) or CDL Class A/B preferred, but not required.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation scaled directly to your experience and technical skill level.
  • Consistent schedule (Monday–Friday, 8–5) with steady, full-time work.
  • Comfortable climate-controlled work environment (Air-Conditioned Shop).
  • Opportunities for career advancement and on-the-job training.
