Job Description
Accountabilities/Responsibilities:Â
·         Interacts with multiple layers of leadership in identification and resolution of any issues that may ariseÂ
·         Candidate must have good attendance and be flexible on hours at determined timesÂ
·         Exhibit knowledge of the 4 Basics; Safe and Clean Workplace, Quality at or above expectations, complete on time delivery, Fashionable products and fair priceÂ
·         Have a strong knowledge of the process flow of the department as well as a basic knowledge of the departments up and down the value streamÂ
·         Must be able to assess a problem and prioritize responsibilities and countermeasuresÂ
·         Participate/Lead/Facilitate Masterbrand Way Events & Trainings such as Standard Work and 6SÂ
·         Understanding of Lock-Out Tag-Out Procedures & ControlsÂ
·         Possess Leadership skills; Positive & NeutralÂ
·         Perform all other duties as assignedÂ
.        Administrate DMR system for Plant 4Â
.        Administrate LPA system for Plant 4Â
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Â
.         Proficiency in general programming skillsÂ
.         Proficiency in data analysis tools and skillsÂ
.         Proficiency in general IT tools and skillsÂ
.        General troubleshooting skillsÂ
.        General software automation knowledgeÂ
.        General PLC and sensor knowledgeÂ
.        Working knowledge of RFID hardware and softwareÂ
.         Working knowledge of SharePoint Â
.         Working knowledge of Object Oriented Design programming Â
.        Working knowledge of KepwareÂ
.        Working knowledge of ThingWorxÂ
.        Working knowledge of database design and SQLÂ
·         Problem solvingÂ
·         Self driven/motivated and be able to manage multiple tasks (Multitask)Â
·         Works well both as a team and as an individualÂ
·         Time management, complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal directionÂ
·         Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Â
·         MBS tools, time observations, 5Y, process mapping, TPM cards, Standard Work Packets, JHA, Visual Controls, and other shop floor documents, visual controls, etc.Â
·         May be required to operate powered equipment (PIT) safely (V-saw, band saw, drill, forklift, wave, etc.)Â
·         Employee is required to wear any applicable personal protective equipmentÂ
Strong communication skillsÂ
Education:Â
·         High school or equivalent, Associates Degree preferredÂ
