The new hire will work in all clinic areas across the enterprise to cover clinical support staff call-ins and PTO, in addition to working with providers who pick up and need additional support. The LPN or RN will be required to float to departments within the Fergus Falls Clinic, in addition to our other clinic locations including Barnesville, Morris, Ashby and Battle Lake. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide proficient, compassionate, and professional patient-centered care by effectively communicating with patients, co-workers, and providers. Provides patient care support as delegated by Provider or Registered Nurse (RN). Demonstrates knowledge of available resources within Lake Region Healthcare and the broader community to support comprehensive patient care. The LPN practices in accordance with the Minnesota Nurse Practice Act, professional nursing standards, and LRHC policies and procedures. This role requires sound clinical judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively to ensure safe, comprehensive, and compassionate patient care. The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care through the application of the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, delegation, and evaluation. The RN demonstrates proficient, compassionate, and professional communication with patients, families, visitors, colleagues, providers, and community partners. Responsibilities include performing nursing duties accurately and efficiently, assisting providers, and carrying out orders while maintaining thorough and timely documentation. The RN practices in accordance with the Minnesota Nurse Practice Act, professional nursing standards, and LRHC policies and procedures. This role requires sound clinical judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively to ensure safe, comprehensive, and compassionate patient care.   Hours/Shifts 64 hours biweekly, day shifts, Monday to Friday   Compensation LPN Hourly Wage Range: $23.79-$31.99/hour RN Hourly Wage Range: $31.72-$46.43/hour. BSN hires add $1/hour. Licensure/Certification:                a. Current Minnesota LPN Licensure                b. CPR Certificate Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing. Performs nursing care under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice registered nurse, or provider, consistent with the LPN scope of practice defined by the Minnesota Board of Nursing. For Registered Nurse applicants: Education/Special Skills:        a. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.        b. Proficient verbal and written communication skills.         c. Demonstrated ability to perform within the registered nurse scope of practice.        d. Current Healthcare Provider-level CPR certification upon hire or must be obtained within six months. Successful completion of the pre-employment health screening. Reliable attendance and ability to work at the clinic site as scheduled, including travel to other clinic sites. Licensure/Certification:                a. Current Minnesota RN Licensure                b. CPR Certificate Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing. The RN delegates and supervises nursing care consistent with professional standards and the scope of practice as defined by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
