The Phone Nurse is responsible for coordinating and managing patient care while providing exceptional clinical support and customer service. This role requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Hours/Shifts 80 hours biweekly, day shifts, Monday to Friday Compensation Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations. MA Hourly Wage Range: $22.65-$28.99 LPN Hourly Wage Range: $23.79-$31.99 RN Hourly Wage Range: $31.72-$46.43/hour. BSN hires add $1/hour. QualificationsRequirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills, and/or abilities, and vary depending on the candidate's level of licensing. For Medical Assistant applicants: Education/Special Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication skills. Current Healthcare Provider level CPR certification upon hire or must be obtained within six months. Successful completion of the pre-employment health screening. Reliable attendance and ability to work at the clinic site as scheduled, including travel to other clinic sites. Licensure/Certification Verified completion of an MA diploma/program with proof of current certification as an MA if certification received from the diploma/program. Current CPR certification (Healthcare Provider level) Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing. Performs delegated clinical and administrative tasks under the supervision of a licensed provider or nurse in accordance with established protocols, competencies, and organizational policies. For Licensed Practical Nurse applicants: Education/Special Skills: Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing. Proficient verbal and written communication skills. Ability to perform within the nursing scope of practice. Current Healthcare Provider level CPR certification upon hire or must be obtained within six months. Successful completion of the pre-employment health screening. Reliable attendance and ability to work at the clinic site as scheduled, including travel to other clinic sites. Licensure/Certification: Current Minnesota LPN Licensure CPR Certificate Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing. Performs nursing care under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice registered nurse, or provider, consistent with the LPN scope of practice defined by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
