Salary - $65,000 - $85,000 per year (based on experience) + bonus

Commercial Salesperson
This role drives revenue by securing new accounts and servicing client relationships. Core responsibilities include prospecting facility managers, cold calling, conducting in-person meetings, hosting industry seminars, and tracking pipeline activity within CRM and operational platforms like Luxor and RMS 
             
Business Development & Prospecting
  • Build a target list of property and facility managers within commercial buildings.
  • Execute B2B cold outreach via emails, phone calls, and in-person visits to schedule meetings.
  • Conduct market research and investigate industry conditions to identify new leads.
Marketing & Event Coordination
  • Coordinate, promote, and attend company marketing events, including Lunch and Learn Seminars for insurance professionals, trade shows, and community events.
  • Help facilitate Continuing Education (CE) classes and commercial seminars. 
Pipeline & Sales Data Management
  • Track all metrics and sales data using RMS and Luxor systems.
  • Maintain an up-to-date commercial client contact log and sales pipeline.
  • Generate regular performance reports, including weekly lead/job counts, weekly individual sales on estimates, and comprehensive monthly sales data. 
Project Support
  • Assist project coordinators by taking before and after pictures of large loss sites.
  • Create and submit daily loss reports and lead reports. 
Internal Administration
  • Submit a weekly log of activities and scheduled meetings.
  • Participate in staff meetings, company trainings, and conferences.
  • Plan, develop, and establish ongoing sales policies and procedures

  • Contacts/Prospective Client lists and knowledge of the local market
  • Knowledge of applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, RMS, Luxor, SharePoint, and One Drive)
  • Knowledge of Luxor CRM systems

  • Ability to be assertive 
  • Ability to learn and operate our primary operating systems:  
  • Ability to coordinate marketing events from start to finish  
  • Ability to answer and communicate with customers over the phone, email, or face to face

  • Ability to maintain an acceptable background and MVR check during employment 
  • Ability to operate a company vehicle safely 
  • Maintain a level of confidentiality 
Required Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED required 
  • Five plus years’ experience in an outside sales (B2B) role 
  • Two plus years’ experience in a Customer Service role 
Preferred Education and Experience: 
  • Associate Degree or bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field 
  • Experience in the Restoration, Construction, or Insurance industry
