Description
 The Warehouse Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts and other warehouse equipment. This role ensures accurate picking, staging, and loading of customer orders while adhering to all safety procedures and supporting company performance goals. The position executes all inbound, internal, and outbound warehouse and logistics activities in alignment with company standards. The role also requires a working knowledge of critical elements of Safety, Logistics, Quality, and Production to effectively monitor operations, take appropriate action, and provide training or support to peers as needed.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- 1-3+ years related work experience
- High School diploma (or similar), with relevant  work experience (Higher education can be considered in lieu of minimum experience)
- Effectively work and communicate using the English Language
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in related field of Bio-Fuel or Chemical processing regarding shipping/receiving respective materials.
- Demonstrated skills in Warehouse and distribution activities, problem-solving and training others.
- Knowledge of SAP; WMS or similar inventory management system.
- Lean Logistics knowledge or related certifications.
