Job Summary

As a Lawn & Project Crew Member, you will work independently or as part of a small crew maintaining residential and commercial properties. This hands-on, outdoor position includes lawn care, bed maintenance, and project-based landscape work while meeting company quality and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Perform lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing

• Complete bed maintenance including pruning, hedging, weeding, and clean-up

• Assist with projects such as bark installation, planting, gravel spreading, and seasonal enhancements

• Follow procedures and direction from Crew Leads and Management

• Complete assigned tasks efficiently while meeting quality expectations

• Use appropriate tools and equipment for each job site

• Report equipment issues promptly to the Shop Manager

• Maintain a professional, team-oriented attitude

• Wear required uniforms and personal protective equipment at all times

• Assist with debris removal and end-of-day clean-up

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Washington State Driver’s License preferred

• Clean, insurable driving record (MVR required if driving company vehicles)

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

• Ability to walk, push, pull, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods

• Experience operating mowers, edgers, blowers, and other landscape equipment preferred

• Horticulture experience or interest is a plus

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Reliable transportation to and from work

• Competitive hourly wage $22 - $24 per hour (DOE)
