Position Overview
We’re hiring a Prep Cook / Dough Maker to support our scratch kitchen operations. This dual-role is perfect for someone with experience in dough preparation and kitchen prep who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in crafting the flavorful foundation of our pizzas — the dough — and prepping fresh ingredients that make our pies unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality pizza dough following established recipes and fermentation practices
- Execute daily prep work (mixing, measuring, chopping, assembling ingredients)
- Monitor dough texture, fermentation timing, and consistency
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Properly store, label, and rotate inventory
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen experience (pizza or bakery background preferred)
- Strong knowledge of dough-making techniques
- Ability to follow recipes with precision
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Able to work under pressure during peak hours
- Availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays
