Semi-Local Truck Driver

Drivers in this program work with an experienced J.B. Hunt driver trainer for six weeks before transitioning to a full-time position upon successful completion.

Job Details:

• Drivers will be paid $200 per day during the training period. The training period is typically six weeks.
• Cent per mile rate: $0.50-$0.54
• Live Stop pay: $22 per stop
• Drop/hook pay:  $22 per stop
• Outsource work:  $275-$400 per day. $100 flat rate for a half day.
• 6th day incentive:  $100 flat rate in addition to activity based pay  
• Detention pay: $18 per hour
• Safety training: $18 per hour 
• Holiday pay: $140 per day
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $73,000 
• Frequent home time 
• Onsite management 
• Paid online orientation
