This position is a salaried teacher position aligned with the school district and Boys & Girls Club calendar, including closing for summer break. Instructional hours are expected to be 8am to 1pm, with additional prep time before and after instruction, likely 7:30am to 2pm. We will need some qualifications from you, including: Any one of the following: Bachelor’s Degree in ECE or ECSE Bachelor’s Degree in any field and state-approved ARL in Early Childhood Bachelor’s Degree in any field and 30 or more ECE college credits Already enrolled in the TEACH program for an early childhood-related degree You will have the opportunity to focus on children by: planning and leading academic and social-emotional activities in a 10:1 class, and engaging with student families. You’ll get support from a full and engaged admin team, including directors that don’t hesitate to roll up their sleeves or to address incidents and behavior with parents.     In exchange, our centers offer extensive benefits: We offer a clear career path, including to Admin roles. These are some of the additional things you will do as a Teacher with our early learning centers: Prepare supplies and materials for lessons and exercises. Manage student portfolios. Maintain the safety of our children and staff, and ensure an optimal experience for all. QualificationsWe have great directors and a program quality team that can teach you skills on the job, but there are some actions and goals that will make you more successful as a Teacher with the Early Learning Centers.
