We are now accepting applications for Switchboard Operator here at Basin Harbor.

Switchboard operators manage incoming, outgoing, and internal calls for organizations, using multi-line, computerized telephone systems to connect, transfer, and direct calls.

• Communication & Listening: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills are crucial for understanding, directing, and assisting callers.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to operate modern, computerized, and multi-line telephone systems.
• Customer Service Orientation: A patient, helpful, and professional demeanor to handle various types of callers effectively.
• Multi-tasking & Organization: Ability to manage high volumes of calls simultaneously while keeping accurate, detailed records.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is generally required.
