Compensation: $18 - $19/hour based on experience

We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Lot Attendant to help keep our dealership running smoothly!

Key Responsibilities:

Lot maintenance
Keeping the exteriors of RV's on the lot clean
Support the staff by keeping RV’s staged in their proper location
Provide a seamless operation for technicians moving from one RV to the next
Safely move, park, and arrange RVs and trailers on the lot according to dealership guidelines
Maintain the overall appearance and organization of the lot, including landscaping and debris removal
Assist with RV deliveries and customer pick-ups
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to safely operate large vehicles, including RVs and trailers (training provided)
Forklift Certification is preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Previous experience with RVs or in a dealership setting is a plus, but not required
