Parts Advisor

Job Title: Parts Advisor

Responsibilities:  

• Ship and receive parts for retail customers and other Thermo King Branches
• Cycle count inventory in our parts warehouse
• Manage warehouse inventory and control movement of parts though our business management system
• Warehouse organization
• Pull parts and fulfill orders
• Load and unload trucks with forklift
• Answer phone calls and assist customers with their needs

Requirements:

• Safety focus – towards self and coworkers
• Professional look and behavior
• Customer Service skills
• Ability to lift up to 70 lb
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Familiarity with Excel, and other Microsoft Office software not required but beneficial
