Our technicians are the best in the business, and now we’re looking for another income motivated, customer-obsessed Service Plumber (02) to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues with expertise and efficiency
✅ Provide customers with clear, customized options to meet their needs and budgets
✅ Build strong relationships with homeowners through trust, education, and professionalism
✅ Ensure top-quality work—we get it done right, every time 
✅ Communicate with dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling and job execution
✅ Deliver 5-star service—every customer, every time

What You’ll Get:

Earning Potential: Pay range of $90,000 -  $200,000.  This is a full commission role - our top techs earn up to $200,000+ OTE!

Basic Qualifications: 

3+ years of Residential Service/Sales Experience (PL02) – including creating estimates for repairs and upgrades
Valid PL01/PL02 license with WA L&I
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., work in tight spaces, and handle gas lines/chemicals safely
Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
Expert-level knowledge of plumbing codes, safety practices, and tools
Must live within 30 miles of Tacoma for efficient dispatching
