Larson Automotive Group is looking for a skilled and safety-focused Tow Truck Driver to operate our new cabover flatbed tow truck and support our growing operations. What You’ll Do

  • Safely operate a cabover tow truck with flatbed/roll-back equipment 
  • Load, transport, and unload vehicles safely and efficiently 
  • Respond to service calls professionally and on time 
  • Perform vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks 
  • Maintain accurate service and mileage records 
  • Provide excellent customer service during every interaction 
  • Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards 

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid CDL required 
  • Prior towing and/or vehicle recovery experience 
  • Clean driving record (subject to MVR review) 
  • Strong understanding of towing safety procedures 
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends as needed 
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently

Requirements

CDL & Safety Requirements

  • Must meet all DOT/FMCSA requirements, including: 
  • Valid DOT medical card 
  • Participation in drug and alcohol testing program 
  • Compliance with applicable Hours of Service (HOS) regulations 
  • Ability to safely operate commercial motor vehicles in accordance with federal and Washington State laws 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with flatbed/roll-back towing systems 
  • Knowledge of local roads and service areas 
  • Mechanical aptitude
