The Role

As a Kitchen Team Member, you're at the heart of the Beer Barrel experience. You'll work alongside a tight-knit crew to craft high-quality food from scratch, keep the kitchen running smoothly, and take real pride in what comes out of the window. No two shifts are exactly the same - and we think that's what makes it great.

What You'll Do

Prepare and cook food to order following our house recipes and quality standards
Set up and break down your station efficiently at the start and end of each shift
Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment to keep everything running safely
Follow proper food storage, handling, and temperature protocols at all times
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards throughout every shift
Collaborate with front-of-house team members to deliver a seamless guest experience
Support fellow kitchen crew members and step up when the rush hits

What We're Looking For

Must be at least 16 years old
Strong attention to detail and high standards for food quality and cleanliness
Ability to stay focused and positive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Team-first attitude - you show up, you communicate, and you lift others up
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs during a shift
Prior kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person
