Position Summary
MonArk ABA Therapy is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Recruiter to support hiring and onboarding efforts across multiple clinic locations. This position plays a vital role in attracting, hiring, and retaining qualified employees while creating a positive and professional experience for candidates and staff throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. This individual should possess strong communication and organizational skills, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate a passion for supporting both employees and the mission of MonArk ABA Therapy.
Recruiting & Hiring Responsibilities
- Support company staffing needs through ongoing recruiting efforts and candidate outreach
- Review, screen, and manage applicants for open positions
- Schedule and conduct virtual interviews with prospective candidates
- Maintain communication with applicants regarding interview scheduling, hiring updates, and onboarding information
- Facilitate employment offers for hourly, salaried, and contractor positions, including offer letters and onboarding communication
- Conduct background checksĀ
- Process and maintain new hire paperwork and onboarding documentation
- Create, update, and manage job postings on Indeed and other recruiting platforms
- Maintain and update RBT staffing plans, interview activity, and candidate progress tracking
- Prepare recruiting materials for job fairs and recruiting events
- Assist with orientation and onboarding activities for newly hired employees

Qualifications & Requirements
- Associateās Degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in recruiting, human resources, administrative support, or related field preferred
- Working knowledge of Google Suite required
- Strong computer navigation and technology skills
- Must maintain a clear criminal background check in accordance with state and federal requirements
- Ability to travel to MonArk ABA Therapy clinic locations as needed
