We are so excited! We are looking for talented hair stylists, cosmetologists and barbers who are passionate about cutting men’s hair and making their clients look great for our salons! At Sport Clips we provide ongoing paid in-person training and free online training through Sport Clips University. We have the best coaches in the industry to help our hair stylists, cosmetologists, and barbers to stay up to date on the latest haircut trends and techniques within our salons. We also have a great working relationship with our vendor to provide continuous product knowledge training! What you can expect:

*Guaranteed hourly base pay for stylists ranging from $16.00 (PT) to $26.00 an hour base pay! (Cash tips taken home daily! With all incentives you can make upwards of $75,000 per year….before stepping into management positions.

*We have several ways to bonus including performance, retail, Client excitement, store wide contests, Bi-monthly Vendor contests, profit sharing bonuses, retention bonuses, and more

Requirements:

A valid Colorado hairstylist, cosmetologist, or barber license

Ability to provide an exceptional client experience

Industry passion

Cutting experience preferred but not required – fresh out of beauty school or new to men’s hair? We got you! We will train you!
