Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring full-time and part-time Event Desk Clerks to join the team at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite in Fish Camp, California. As an Event Desk Clerk, you will oversee the operations of the guest recreation department and ensure visitors receive the highest quality of service during their stay. Tenaya Lodge is a 4-diamond resort located just outside the south entrance to Yosemite National Park. • Keep a watchful eye on activities for rule and safety compliance; manage disruptive situations with guests
• Clean and inspect sporting equipment, facilities, or grounds
• Guide guests on hikes and activities; lead Kid's Camps and Adventure Clubs; care for dogs in an indoor dog park
• Follow all Delaware North Parks and Resorts policies and procedures

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect guest and employee safety
• Ability to communicate effectively, problem-solve, and know when to involve a supervisor
• Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures
• No high school diploma or GED required

• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds frequently
• Ability to stand, walk, and hike for prolonged periods of time
• Must be able to bend and stoop frequently
