Complaint Investigator / Quality Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Review and investigate complaint information provided
  • Perform visual/functional assessment as required
  • Utilize TrackWise to record and document Complaint History
  • Research Deviation, Batch Record Review, Design History File/FMEA Review, Product Safety Assessment and Product Impact Evaluation background information pertaining to complaint
  • Contact data stewards in order to gain more insight into complaint and gather data as needed
  • Utilize Root Cause Investigation Summary and CAPA Overview as necessary to inform investigation
  • Author Templates for basic complaints and complex complaints
  • Utilize Templates to expedite the investigation write-up process for future complaint investigations

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated capability to deliver on the Quality Specialist Responsibilities
  • Capacity to make independent sound decisions and independently manage priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to generate high-quality project deliverables independently by required due dates
  • Capacity to identify issues and proactively elevate to the project lead
  • Advanced Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, and PowerPoint capabilities
  • Minimum 2 years of role relevant experience

The actual salary is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs, market demand, and competitive market practice. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
