Currently filling a Site Director position in Hamilton Southeastern Schools for our Before and After School programs at Cumberland Road Elementary. Site Directors are responsible for the management and leadership of the site location.  This includes supervising a staff team (3-4), providing behavior management support for students, maintaining communication between staff and families in the program, and creating innovative, inclusive lesson plans to help students learn and grow every day. They help in fostering social, physical, spiritual, and mental growth along with demonstrate the core values of caring, honesty, responsibility, and respect with program participants.
