Client Profile- Medical facility offering independent living, assisted living and memory care.

Daily Task

Ensure residents receive medications/treatments as prescribed by their physician
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
Effectively interact with residents with dementia
Participate in resident activities
Incorporate opportunities to create small, but memorable, experiences for residents

Requirements

Current active state license as LPN/RN
CPR and First Aid certification a plus

Qualifications

· Valid LPN/RN license from an accredited program. At least one year experience in long term care preferred.

· CPR & First Aid Certification a plus

· Valid DL

· Physical within a year a plus

· Comfortable providing above average patient service, physically able to stand and walk for periods of time

· Organized with ability to multitask and prioritize workflow

· Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check

· Hours: 1st shift 6am to 2:30pm; 2nd shift 2pm to 10:30pm and 3rd shift 10pm to 6:30am; full time need; Must be okay with working weekends; doubles welcome

· Starting pay $high 20s to $50s hourly based on experience; shift differential
