Director of HR & Recruiting

We are currently hiring for the Director of Human Resources & Recruiting role- this role is responsible for leading Crew Carwash’s full talent lifecycle strategy, including recruiting, onboarding, retention, Team Member relations, and HR business partnership support across the organization. The Director of HR and Recruiting ensures Crew attracts, selects, develops, and retains high-performing Team Members while maintaining a strong, values-driven culture aligned with our Purpose, Vision, Values, and Team Member Promise.

This position oversees both the Recruiting function and the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) team, ensuring seamless alignment between hiring, onboarding, performance management, engagement, and Team Member relations. The role drives consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all HR processes while ensuring compliance with employment laws and safety standards.

Crew's requirements:

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources, Recruiting,
• Operations, or related field
• High level of accountability, organization, and follow-through
• Experience leading recruiting/HR teams
• Strong understanding of employment law, Team Member relations, and compliance
• Strong understanding of OSHA standards and safety compliance
• Proven success improving staffing, retention, and engagement outcomes
• Ability to lead, develop, and inspire teams
• Proven ability to analyze data and use that data to drive decision making
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders
• Experience supporting multi-unit location or field based operations is preferred
