What You’ll Do:

Apply lash extensions, lash lifts, tinting, and brow services
Deliver exceptional guest consultations and customized looks
Build lasting guest relationships (and your book of business)
Promote memberships, products, and exclusive offers
Take pride in maintaining a gorgeous, clean salon environment

Current Indiana Esthetician or Cosmetology license

Pay & Perks:

Stylists earn $45,000 - $85,000+ annually
(Commission-based + tips + bonuses)

Schedule:

Full-time shifts within salon hours:

Mon-Thurs: 8am-9pm
Fri-Sat: 8am-6pm
Sun: 10am-6pm

Work Location:

In person; must be able to reliably commute to salon to work

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence.
