Warehouse Associate (2nd Shift) Summary
INCOG Biopharma Services is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our growing team.聽 This role is key to the material receipt, storage, handling, movement and reconciliation of inventory at the INCOG facility. This individual will help with the development and continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient handling, storage, and distribution of GMP products within the warehouse. This role involves receiving, storing, picking, and packing GMP products while adhering to strict safety and regulatory standards.聽 The warehouse associate will also support handling and delivery of NON-GMP materials throughout the facility. Must be able to meet the physical requirements of this job including operating a forklift, lifting 50lbs or more and being on your feet for 4-6 hours daily.
This is a 2nd shift role with typical hours Monday-Friday 3:00PM-11:30PM.
Essential Job Functions:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Receive incoming pharmaceutical shipments and verify contents against purchase orders, materials specifications and receiving in line with INCOG SOP鈥檚.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Receive incoming non-pharmaceutical shipments and verify contents against the purchase order. Delivering to internal customers.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Inspect products for damage, discrepancies, or expired items and report any issues to the Warehouse Manager.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Store pharmaceutical products in designated areas according to material specifications and regulatory requirements.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS/SAPbyDesign).
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in periodic physical inventory audits.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet internal customer demands
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure all orders are labeled correctly and prepared for internal delivery according to company standards.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Able to use barcode scanners and other technology to track and manage inventory.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent contamination and ensure product integrity.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist in maintaining records for regulatory inspections and audits.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems safely and efficiently.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any malfunctions to the Warehouse Manager.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Work collaboratively with other warehouse associates and departments to achieve operational goals.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to lift 50 lbs.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to obtain Powered Industrial Lift Certification
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to split time worked in warehouse and at a desk.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent organizational and time management skills.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanning technology.
Additional Preferences:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Education: College Degree or Equivalent Experience demonstrated in this field
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience: 2-4聽 years previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical indusry.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Certification in handling hazardous materials (preferred but not required).
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Fast-paced warehouse environment with exposure to pharmaceutical products.
