Responsibilities 

 

  • Process all parts orders in Solomon & Atlas for Install Team  

  • Follow up on Orders/PO’S when needed by PM. 

  • Update tracking on Vendor orders and ensure parts are generated and notes are entered via Solomon & Atlas 

  • Ordering & maintaining in office supplies as needed 

  • Receive all boxes delivered via UPS/FED EX  

  • Receive packing slips in SAP daily & file with job packet. 

  • Send out email of parts received daily to Install & Service  

  • Update inventory counts weekly for parts pulled from stock. 

  • Process Shipping Labels if needed to ship any items for branch. 

  • Process Returning Material (RMA’s) and ship to correct vendor. 

  • Work with other branches for equipment needed and process transfers. 

  • Additional responsibilities as needed.  

 

Minimum Requirements 

 

  • Required-High School Diploma, preferred Associates Degree or 1-3 years of progressive experience in implementation management and/or project coordination.  

  • Service and Support business plans and operations.   

  • Product and service offerings and deliverables; basic understanding of shipping and receiving, order submittal, and tracking of orders. 

  • Highly motivated individual with a combination of good business skills and basic computer skills with Microsoft office.  

  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral/written), interact well with internal and external customers, and practice good problem-solving skills.  

  • Must be proficient with database management and process project management material orders. 

  • Must be detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task.  

  • Able to lift 35-45 lbs. 

  • Knowledge of SAP a plus
