About the role
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at B Above, you’ll play a hands-on role in helping children build meaningful skills and reach important milestones. Every day brings something new, and your work will have a direct impact on the lives of the families we serve.
In this role, you will:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
- Collect and record data to track progress and celebrate growth
- Collaborate clinical team members
- Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
- Maintain professionalism and uphold ethical standards of care
- Partnering with families to create meaningful change
- Creating fun, structured, and engaging sessions
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
- A genuine passion for helping individuals with autism thrive
