It’s a path that leads home, where one-on-one care is the norm and you can direct your own day.  Oversee our hospice care program and ensure the highest quality of care to the patients and families we serve.    Our Director of Hospice will enjoy some notable benefits: $80,000 - $90,000/base salary Quarterly performance bonus opportunities Mileage reimbursement for eligible travel between patient visits Build meaningful one-on-one relationships with your patients Flexible assignments, autonomy and work-life balance Clinician Friendly EMR Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holiday Pay Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance - employer pays 90% of employee-only medical plan 401(k) Retirement Plan to help you invest in your future Online training, growth and ability to earn CEUs Tuition discounts through Rasmussen University   As our Director of Hospice, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do: Oversee the delivery of hospice care to patients and their families, ensuring the highest quality of care in accordance with home health and hospice regulations and standards Ensure hospice staff levels are sufficient to meet the needs of patients and families Recruit, hire, orient, train and oversee hospice staff providing patient and family care Assist Hospice Administrator in the preparation and management of budgets and financial reports Evaluate patient care and ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory standards Maintain inventory of medical supplies, equipment and medication to meet patient needs   A few must-haves for a Director of Hospice: Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN or BSN license in Wisconsin Minimum of 2 years of hospice nursing case management. At least 1 year of hospice or home health experience managing caregivers CPR certification Extensive knowledge of state/federal home health and hospice laws and regulatory standards Excellent management, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills   Why Work for Interim HealthCare?
