Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and welcome office visitors.
  • Help candidates with applications, questions, and onboarding.
  • Schedule orientations and client interviews.
  • Respond to online and social media job inquiries.
  • Ensure onboarding requirements are completed accurately and on time.
  • Assist with I-9 and E-Verify processes and client placement requirements.
  • Organize and distribute weekly employee checks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized office and keep supplies stocked.
  • Excellent communication and follow through on projects. 
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies.

 

What You Bring

  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
  • Administrative, office, or customer service experience required. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Professional, dependable, proactive, and service-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine desire to help people and make a positive impact.
