About the RoleÂ
The Production Supervisor is a key leader within the production team, responsible for safety, quality and guiding front‑line employees to achieve production. In this role, you’ll balance hands‑on leadership with operational oversight—coaching employees, monitoring performance, and continuously improving how work gets done. You’ll be a trusted presence on your shift and a partner to cross‑functional teams, helping ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality operations. Â

Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Serve as the on‑site safety representative during emergencies or when management is offsiteÂ
- Partner with Health & Safety to advance safety programs and promote a safe workplaceÂ
- Uphold quality and food safety standards, including SQF system requirementsÂ
- Lead daily team huddles and monthly meetings to reinforce safety, alignment, and productivityÂ
- Collaborate with sanitation teams to ensure compliance and cleanliness standardsÂ
- Lead and support front‑line production employees to meet daily and weekly production goalsÂ
- Schedule production assignments and monitor throughput and quality metricsÂ
- Coach, develop, and manage employee performance through timely feedbackÂ
- Maintain accurate production records and support employee training and evaluationsÂ
- Drive labor efficiency and manage labor variances within the departmentÂ
- Support budgeting activities and continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principlesÂ
- Perform other duties as assigned to support plant operations Â

What We’re Looking ForÂ
Required QualificationsÂ
- High school diploma or GEDÂ
- 3+ years of supervisory experienceÂ
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Â
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as neededÂ
Preferred QualificationsÂ
- 3+ years of manufacturing experienceÂ
- Associate degree in manufacturing, maintenance, or a related technical fieldÂ
- Experience with behavior‑based safety programsÂ
- Strong communication, organization, and planning skillsÂ
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracyÂ

- This role is based onsite at our Fitzgerald, Georgia manufacturing facilityÂ
