PLP Composites is seeking a skilled and motivated Craftsman to join our production team. This hands-on role is essential to the creation of our high-quality fiberglass poles, which are proudly handcrafted in New Hampshire and built to withstand the toughest environments.
Position Overview
As a Craftsman, you will be responsible for preparing, cutting, and assembling materials used in the production of fiberglass poles. You’ll work closely with a team to ensure every product meets our exacting quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and prepare materials required for fiberglass pole production
- Measure and cut materials accurately according to specifications
- Follow detailed work instructions and production guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to established processes
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Previous manufacturing or hands-on experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule & Benefits
