POSITION SUMMARY 

The Field Service Supervisor is a result driven and customer service-oriented team member. Being an integral part of the EnerStar Solutions team the Field Service Supervisors is responsible for all field operations.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily field operations and supervise technicians across active job sites
  • Ensure safety compliance, DOT adherence, and proper PPE usage
  • Interface directly with clients to maintain service quality and satisfaction
  • Support installations, maintenance, and field logistics as needed
  • Partner with District Manager to drive productivity and operational success
  • Verify job tickets, reporting, and field documentation


Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by EnerStar Solutions.


What You Bring

  • 2+ years field or oilfield service experience
  • Experience leading crews or acting as a lead technician
  • Working knowledge of DOT regulations
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills
  • Clean driving record


Work Conditions

  • Travel required based on job site needs
  • Outdoor field environment, physically demanding role
