The Role

Your Responsibilities

• Turf Diagnostics: Identify basic turf issues—such as common weeds, pests, or diseases—and recommend the correct chemical or fertilizer treatments.
• Application & Equipment Operation: Confidently and safely operate basic spray systems, spreaders, and related turf care equipment.
• Front-Line Operations: You are quite literally the boots on the ground, providing exceptional care to our clients' properties.
• Physical Stamina: You must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, perform physical work, and lift/carry 35-80 pounds frequently.
• Preparation: You ensure equipment is calibrated, maintained, wrapped up, and set to go for the next day's route.

How We Measure Success

• Attendance: It might sound basic, but it’s critical to meet our customer service goals. You need to be reliable and present as required by the supervisory team.
• Budget vs. Actual Hours: Keeping jobs profitable is dependent on managing the time planned and spent at each site.
• Return Rates: You’ll ensure quality control and proper application rates so that it’s rare to ever need to go back and redo a job.
• Customer Retention: Building great relationships with each customer and ensuring they receive exceptional service will keep them coming back.
• Software & Process Utilization: Following our standard operating procedures makes everything run smoothly.

Job Requirements

• Valid driver's license required.
• Clean driving history with experience driving a truck and trailer.
• Prior experience in turf care and spray applications.
• Proven ability to visually identify common turf issues and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Hands-on competence in operating standard spray and fertilization equipment.

Benefits & Pay

• Pay Range: [$20.00 to $25.00] per hour, dependent on your experience as a turf spray professional. for Top pay basic irrigation knowledge needs to be present. Must be able to to perform inspections, identify problems and do basic repairs.
