ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER POSITION SUMMARY:Â Â
Park7 Management is seeking a detail-oriented and positive individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager at our luxury student housing community in Flagstaff, Arizona. In this role, you will handle data entry, rent collection, invoice processing, and general administrative tasks for a high-end student housing community. ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGERÂ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Â
Accounting and FinancialsÂ
- Oversight of Entrata software: ensuring data is correct and up-to-date, processing bank deposits, monthly postings, running reports, etc.Â
- Rent collection for all units (including organizing deposits, preparing, and distributing late notices, filing with the magistrate, etc.)Â
- Responsible for walking units and posting all move-out charges, statements, and security deposit refundsÂ
- Submission of required status reports pertaining to property performanceÂ
- Conducting financial accounting audits in conjunction with regular lease auditsÂ
- All aspects of invoicingÂ
- Complying with and enforcing local and state eviction lawsÂ
Leasing & Property AdministrationÂ
- Assisting the property manager with general administrative and office tasks, including answering phones and assisting tenants when neededÂ
- Assisting in the oversight of the leasing activities for the property (including showing units, preparing leases, and reporting leasing results to our office).Â
- Aiding in the organization of and attendance at marketing events, including housing fairs, open houses, etc.Â
- Auditing resident files to ensure accurate recordsÂ
- Assisting with resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure resident satisfactionÂ
- Other duties as assignedÂ

ASSISTANTÂ PROPERTYÂ MANAGERÂ REQUIREMENTS:Â
- High school diploma or equivalent.Â
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Â
- Strong attention to detail and a self-starter with a hands-on approach.Â
- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, student housing, or multifamily housing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Â
- Experience with Entrata software is preferred.Â
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and communicate effectively.Â
