Elk Ridge is seeking a mission-driven Dental Director in Flagstaff, AZ. The Dental Director will provide clinical leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for all dental services. This role ensures the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency while mentoring providers and supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight of dental providers and support staff
  • Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
  • Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous quality improvement
  • Recruit, mentor, and evaluate dental staff
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and expansion of services
  • Maintain a limited patient caseload as needed
  • Oversee risk management, infection control, and peer review processes

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Active or able to obtain an unrestricted dental license in Arizona
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical dental experience
